President
Adam has over 20 years’ construction experience from all across North America and has worked in every facet of masonry operations: laborer, operator, estimator, project manager, operations manager, and vice president. He loves complex, highly technical construction projects that showcase the craftsmanship and versatility of the masonry trade. In his role as president, Adam oversees preconstruction, project management, client relations, and new trade partner opportunities.
Accounts Payable/Receivable Manager
CEO
As CEO of Sutter Masonry, Heath is involved in the overall direction of the company. He has nearly 30 years of experience in commercial, residential and industrial masonry construction. Heath is also the owner and president of IMS Masonry, Inc. based in Utah. With that experience and his entrepreneurial spirit he’s able to help execute the company’s strategic plan. He believes that success is attributed to the strength and dedication of the entire team; employees, customers and trade partners. He helps lead both companies by striving to give customers the excellence they have come to expect – Safety, Quality, and Production.
Vice President of Operations
Andrew was brought on to Levake’s team in 2021. He spent the first 7 years of his career on the general contracting side of the industry and jumped at the opportunity to apply those skills at Levake. Today he estimates, manages project budgets and ensures the crews have all that they need to be successful. When there is spare time, you will find him near one of the local lakes with his family.
Estimator
Amy is new to the Levake team as one of our estimators. She brings over 15 years of construction management experience. “I am excited for the opportunity to learn and be involved in another trade aspect of the construction process.” Although new to the concrete trade, she is excited to become an expert in the trade. Her extensive background in construction management allows her to offer clients valuable insights and practical solutions, helping them navigate projects with confidence. She is an avid football fan and enjoys Arizona and all the outdoor activities it has to offer.
Human Resource Specialist
Adriana joined our team in 2013 as our Human Resources Specialist. “I get excited when I recruit someone who later tells me our company has changed their life . . . and I love that I can contribute to company success by making a great hire on a key job.” Adriana is also the friendly voice that answers our phone and welcomes visitors to our office.
Project Coordinator
Samantha Heideman joined our team in 2021 as our Project Coordinator. “I was looking for more than just a job—I wanted a place that felt like home, where I could grow and be part of something long term,” she says. As our Project Coordinator, she handles scheduling and organizes projects from start to finish. Samantha helps keep the details in order and our team moving forward. When she’s not working, Samantha enjoys spending quality time with her kids and making the most of every moment with her family.
